Customer service sent me there just to find out closed on Saturday. They should have someone in the USA to handle calls that can give correct information instead of bullshit!
This facility is horrible. Overnight package is now being held until Monday. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. That’s why people pay more money for overnight delivery. The package made it from Texas to Ames in less than 12 hours. Hits Ames shipping center and has to sit all weekend. This package contains medication that is packed with ice. Thanks Fed Ex!
