Important package held up here and it’s a joke trying to get a hold of anybody rather than a robot

Terrible experience
Been waiting for package to be delivered for 8 days now. It sat 4 days in Ames facility. And now its been out for delivery then returned back to facility with zero delivery attempts, 4 times!! Fedex has not been to my home, I have cameras, and have been waiting for the package.
