I wanted to share my very positive experience with this branch. I had an important package and I paid to ensure it was shipped overnight. Like many FedEx packages right now, it was in danger of being hung up in Memphis. It made it to Indy but didn't make the truck for delivery. In fact, due to heavy shipments coming in, it hadn't even been unpacked.
