The local shipping office is great and the people that work there are always friendly and super helpful. I haven’t been impressed with the directions fedex has gone at a corporate level and how they treat customers when you have to call the main number, but locally they are stellar and it’s why I still use FedEx.

My mother is on hospice has a few days left. We placed an order for a refill last Tuesday. They told me 2 days it's now Saturday and nothing can be done about it until Monday so my dying mother is waiting on her morphine to come via fed ex. 2 days became 5. Then I saw the FedEx truck pull up. He sat outside our house for maybe 5 minutes then instead of delivering the package that is needed immediately he just drove off.
