Tried to call and talk to a REAL PERSON and the AI refused to connect me to a human being. Not everything can be found on your website. This automated system is a joke. Please make it easier to to talk to people.
Walked in with my product and return label and the lady assisted me promptly....in and out fast...great store for service!
They tell me they can't drive to my house or box , ( gravel road) so they left it at a house 16 miles away and said good enough. Then tells me they will pick it back up , but only to ship it back to the sender.!?? When I told them no , dont leave it 16 miles away and they need to pick it up and deliver it to my box. No package delivery for me.? Down with FedEx..........
