Dishonest. I waited from 9:30-7:00 and he said I was not home. Took a picture of a random wall. BULL! Opened a ticket and after 7 calls. No one got back to me! Bad customer service!
I'm not sure if I have the right location but I wanted to personally thank Lori (I'm thinking she's part of the Operations Team). She was so kind and more than willing to make sure our packages will now be making to our doorway. I now have a POC with Fedex that I know will get things done for me and my family and I couldn't have asked for anything better than her. Thank you Lori!!
