I like how when shipping a package theres no worry about it making it to the fedex plane or truck because there right there onsite so it feels like theres no middle man with your packages
Only with FedEx does “out for delivery” mean that you might see your package in 3-4 days.
I won’t order something if I know FedEx will be the shipper. Unfortunately I didn’t catch it quick enough and now have 5 items that have said “on truck for delivery “ 5 days in a row now. This company truly does not care about anything. It’s impossible to reach someone for help. Whoever is the manager/ supervisor of Colorado Springs needs to be fired. There is no accountability with this company.
