Pretty dumb to have a notification for the tracking info saying the package will be delivered by 8pm at the latest but when I call I’m told the latest they’d deliver the package is 2pm (I work then). Might be important with a company as big as you to get a little bit more accurate with your time.

Slowest way to get anything shipped! Never going through fed ex again , was suppossed to get orders in 3 days, its been a week and still saying on the way..smh! Bad shipping business
