I do not know which location deserves this so I am posting this review to them all!! I truly cannot thank the FedEx team enough! This morning, I called in desperate to locate a package that contained formula for my two babies—shipped from overseas and delayed due to the holiday. Wish I could give zero stars. Been waiting for the only food I can eat right now to arrive for 2 days. I'm disabled, and in my home all the time. I never leave. The lazy drivers claim no one was home, as I was literally sitting on my patio. Worthless company. Worthless customer service.

FedEx absolutely sucks. This shipping center is terrible too. The drivers are terrible, let me elaborate. Twice in the last 4 years they decided to deliver to an address that I haven't lived at for 5 years. They did this on their own when I made sure that the shipping information was correct. The packages were stolen, naturally. Other times it's absolutely normal for a driver to lie to keep their numbers up and say the package was delivered only for the package to show up 2 days later.
