I haven’t used FedEx in years because of mishaps. After this recent incident, I will not be using them ever again. My package, originating from Colorado Springs, CO, missed its destination in Fraser CO and is now stuck in NM?? I struggled to find resolution online and went into the FedEx facility that I originally shipped from. 3 times I have now had drivers lie about attempting to deliver packagers or leaving them in completely random areas. Unacceptable. Debi is the worst
I do not know which location deserves this so I am posting this review to them all!! I truly cannot thank the FedEx team enough! This morning, I called in desperate to locate a package that contained formula for my two babies—shipped from overseas and delayed due to the holiday.
