Have been using this FedEx office for the last 5 years. I always bring in about 60 packages during the holidays and Michaela always greets me with a smile and thanks me for dropping off the packages. She always goes above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better FedEx experience. Thank you Michaela for always making it such a positive experience at such a stressful time of year.
I missed my package that needed a signature. Talked with employee at package store who pleasantly pulled my item off of the truck and had it waiting for me to sign. Above and beyond expectation. Thank you.
Went to drop package off and there is a sign on the front door they are closed for lunch daily from 1:30 to 2:30. Nothing posted on website. That's key west for you!

Aweful demeaning and nonhelpful. You have to print your own labels. The Russian woman was rude.
