I would say 7/10 packages that I've had an order to be delivered (residentially) from this Fedex location always are at least a day late, or at a minimuim horribly inaccurate tracking information. A recent example: tracking said "to be delivered tuesday Mon/Day 9:30am-1:30pm". by 1:30pm it'll change to "by end of day". now the package says "no delivery date". Helpful staff.
I really wish companies would tell you they’re having your package delivered with FedEx. EVERYTIME they deliver to us they leave it on the first floor to be taken by whoever sees it first. We have to stalk the tracking just to make sure we get to it first. Worst delivery company ever. Next time I’m gonna do what I can to cancel once I see it’s being delivered by this worthless company. Wish I could leave no stars you don’t even deserve the one!
