Fedex is a poorly ran company. They don’t tell you when they are going to actually deliver the package. They just show up anytime they want without notice and if you are not home and your package requires a signature then you are out of luck. The driver allegedly attempted to deliver the package, but he said that nobody was home and then he took a picture of his hand, blocking the camera, and the notes also stated that he left a note on the door which he did not so he is a liar. FedEx shipping seems don’t have much respect towards their customers. My shipment date is changed numerous times even after I give them my correct shipping address. Today they called me and told me it’s out for delivery today, but sever hours later my packages is back to update into Monday delivery. later afternoon lady even called me asked what my apartment number is when I already give them three times.
