I called Walgreens on Rockville Rd, and these where my exact words “I have a quick question… do you provide FedEx QR code services? or would I need to print the label” the female who answered the phone immediately responded with “I don’t know what you’re talking about” I paused and ask if she new what FedEx was. She interrupted me and She said yeah and we don’t have QR code. Why is this person so rude and incompetent. Why is talking on the phone so difficult. Just nasty old lady the hates herself.
