I had a great experience at the FedEx location in Orem. I really appreciated the quick service — I was able to walk in, drop off my package, and walk out without any delays or interruptions. The process was smooth and efficient. The only drawback was the store hours. When I stopped by the night before, it was already closed, which was earlier than some other FedEx locations I’ve used. I ended up coming back the next morning. Other than that, it was a positive and convenient experience.
Big shout out to Sara! This location is always taking care of business. Everyone hustles to get what people need. Sara was always awesome. Her manager was supportive of her trying to help figure out my order when I made changes. Love you guys. :)
