The worst shipping company out there. Two times they are not delivering my packages "due to problem with the address", which is completely incorrect. I always put the accurate address, and only this company cannot find it. Then, I try resolve the problem with the customer service, and guess what- the WORST customer service. They cannot help you at all, and they DO NOT CARE. It is like talking to the wall. AVOID THIS scammers ! I wish I could use other company to receive packages. NIGHTMARE !
Drop off is indoors as indicated by Google maps. Sign indoors indicates drop off point.
Easy and fast! Honestly, I liked it better than going to the Fedex shop.
