The lady here asked me bring in my package to assess the size, almost 4 ft tall X 2 ft wide, weighed about 30 lbs. She then told me she wouldn't accept the package. I asked about the size limitations and she said anything less than 4 ft and under 50lbs. My box was quoted as almost 4 ft and because it was ALMOST 4ft she said she wouldn't accept it. A pure wast of time!
