My issue wasn’t with the site. The site was amazing and helpful. As for FedEx itself. My order online said for this drop off it would be arriving at destination by end of the next business day(I was dropping off at 6pm) my order wasn’t even picked up until 345pm the next business day. It was headed 3hours away so it arrived by end of business day 2 days later. Then they tried to charge me several times for more charges 2 different amounts. I came in near close with a last minute print job. Amy was there to greet me with a smile. She was very knowledgeable and patient! She provided top tier service! Amy stayed late, and even helped me cut my labels to size! She is awesome!
