I was unaware that this was just a drop off location… when I arrived to mail my package there, I did not have the proper box, and did not know I had to have the package “ready to ship”! A wonderful Employee, “Dhan”, came to my rescue & not only did he help me with my return, he found some package tape to help me secure it and put the return label on!!! Dhan definitely went “above & beyond” to help me!!! He should get Employee of the year!!! Thanks so much for all your great customer service!!!
It was at a Walgreens so I thought i was lost at 1st the fedex employee seemed annoyed with me that I had a package to send out.
FEDEX IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.. They were not on time pushed back my delivery date and then my package was 15 mins form.my house and it was pushed till 8pm even I live 15 mins away from the site. DO NOT SHIP THROUGH FEDEX
