This is the third time i've ordered something and it was shipped through fedex. And every time it comes through the knightdale NC fedex station. IT NEVER ARRIVES WHEN IT'S SUPPOSED TO. Once again, my delivery was supposed to be his Saturday, then, I get a email to tell me it will be here monday. MondayI get a email to tell me I'll be here tuesday. Absolutely horrible. Customer service was great. Delivery driver didn't want to bring 75lbs box so it was put off for 4 days. After calling, the driver left the package out by the road.

Had a phone delivered Monday. I was at work and couldn’t get it. Did the same thing the next day, I said I’d call. Call them and told them to just leave it at the hub by my job because that’s where they said it was. They said okay. Then they tried to deliver it again and said it was the wrong address. And since I called them and said it was the right one, they said they’d bring it back out when I was home. I was unaware that this was just a drop off location… when I arrived to mail my package there, I did not have the proper box, and did not know I had to have the package “ready to ship”! A wonderful Employee, “Dhan”, came to my rescue & not only did he help me with my return, he found some package tape to help me secure it and put the return label on!!! Dhan definitely went “above & beyond” to help me!!! He should get Employee of the year!!! Thanks so much for all your great customer service!!!
