Too slow to get just a couple of pages printed
I visited the store to drop off a package using your prepaid drop-off service. The staff member initially struggled to print the shipping label from my QR code. Once the label was finally attached, I politely asked them to scan the package so I could receive the standard digital drop-off receipt on my phone.
