Told me that my package was questionable on weight and that the limit was too much "50lbs max", then proceeded to inform me she disnt have a scale. Carried my package outside because they were a bit confrontational for some reason when I said I don't think it's over 50lbs. Found the shipping weight from the manufacturers website and it showed/proved that the item was 38lbs and under the limit.
