Was told the package needed to be under 24lbs and it was and when i brought it insode the store i was told it was too big except my package was under 24 lbs so what is the rule exactly? The person just didnt feel like handling my package
They couldn't take my package it was too large for their pickup shelf. A complete waste of time.
Trying to use the FedEx droppoff. The Manager wouldn't take the guitar I was returning because the box "looked bigger than 25 pounds." dunno how your supposed to tell somethings weight by looking at it. it's only a 3 pound guitar lol
