Multiple times I’ve gone to this location and services and times advertised don’t match the location. It’s an annoying waste of time.
I dropped off 3 boxes with computer equipment (with prepaid shipping labels) to be sent back to my company. FedEx sent one of the boxes back to me. I called immediately upon receipt to ask what happened. I was told they'd research and get back to me. That was weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Meanwhile I still have all this equipment that I shouldn't have and no clue how to rectify the situation.
