All day my tracking said my package via FED EX would be delivered 18 Oct 25, and then truck drives by my house and doesn't deliver amd I call customer service which you can't talk to a person and was informed by the computer that I requested a hold on my package which I did not. DONT USE FEDEX, and request every place you order from to try not use them as well. Worst delivery company ever. Easy drop off
I had a package for delivery 3/ 15/ 2024. This package never made it to my door. I work remotely, so there was no possible way to miss a delivery. I contacted the seller after I discovered that FedEx claim successfully delivered. The seller sent me an image of a package at a door that was clearly not mine. The image did not have the unit number in/ on it. The stuff at the door was not mine, not the package, the stuff i take belonging to the residence. .
