Driver was lazy and did not want to deliver my couch. "Attempts made two times, and both times I have proof that the driver never was even in my building. The pictures taken themselves were of random items in the warehouse. I have lost two days of work waiting for a package which they never even attempted to deliver. Its a shame as I am an incredible tipper as well. Absolutely lazy work and I will be escalating this as high as it can go. Do not ship with Fedex and absolutely good luck if its coming from this warehouse. m

i never saw a so bad abd nean employee. she said if we cannot stop the psckage. to keep it at the fedex pickup center, we will send to your home address. i said to her if you not resoect the 3 previous fedex staff promised me tgey going tk hokd it for ne. you can send it back to chiba. guess what? they was able tostop it but instead sent it back to usa in california abd it was delivred the next morning. so fast. and i was waiting fedex since 10 days by fedex ground. neved saw an ass hoke like that
