Realmente deja mucho que desar el servicio, yo fui clara que necesitaba mi paquete para 3 de agosto, me confirmaron y aseguraron que lo recibiria entre 3 y 5 de agosto, nadie me resuelve, no dan explicacion de porque esta detenido o si necesita mas documentacion, yo viajo mañana 7 de agosto y no habra nadie en mi casa que reciba el paquete, y no puede quedar afuera por un mes, expuesto a altas temperaturas, sol, agua. FEDEX ME VA A PAGAR EL PRODUCTO DAÑADO.
