The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite.
I’ve been expecting a package since yesterday and I got a notification and a blurry photo saying that they couldn’t deliver yesterday so I waited outside all day today and they never showed up! I just got the same blurry photo and notification today saying the same thing. I tried tracking through the app, and a lot of good that does. Fed Ex is the worst. You would think that the driver would try calling if they were actually doing their job!!
Dropped my package off on the side of the road.
