Terrible Fed Ex service. Overnighted package on a Friday morning and on Monday evening had not been picked up at all and no idea when it will be picked up. If you can’t provide the service, then don’t make the promise. It is pretty simple.

The photos and description are extremely misleading and incorrect. There isn't a FedEx employee here. It's only a drop off location so you have to have a box and label printed already. Please do better and use photos of the actual store so people will know what to expect at this location.

Horrible service they don't speak english. Could not operate the fed ex equipment. Could not print a label. They are listed as a FedEx on-site service Center and after walking a mile With my large package. They refused any help.

This is easily the best FedEx location I have ever done business with. I had a very unusual issue with a package that was being delivered and everyone I spoke with was wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure that I received my package in a timely manner and even reached out to me to verify shipping details. Great work everyone!
