In a Walgreens, hard to find, but finally found it. Got there, they wouldn't help me, would not accept envelope to "FedEx". FedEx driver happened to be coming in then, he said they should have taken it. Ended up dropping it off at Going Postal with no issues at all. Did same exercise at UPS last month, smooth as silk, no hiccups, friendly service at UPS. Don't offer the service if you're not willing to provide service.
