Would not take packages for return. First said they were over the weight limit which they were not as it said on the box the weight. Then they said we had to print labels which we were not supposed to because FedEx said they accepted QR code. And of course, all of this after we waited 15 minutes plus for assistance.
This particular FedEx was definitely family friendly. They have a mother-daughter team in there that work like their mother and daughter. They're handoffs were an example of years of practice. I was in and out of there before I wanted to be.
This store is always friendly and efficient!!! Best place to get thing done!
