Would not let me drop off my fedex packages. Called assistant manager and refused to take my packages. Literally me pack all my packages back up and bring them to a fedex location. Will not be going back.
Don't ever use fed ex for anything. If and when they break or damage your package. They will deny any claim you make and blame you the customer for everything. Absolutely trash company and customer service.
Days before my package arrived they said it required a indirect signature and I could sign on their site which I did since I wouldn't be home when they delivered it. They ignored that I signed online and made me got the the fedex to pick it up only for it to be closed even though the sheet they gave me and online said they wouldn't close for two more hours.
