One of their drivers dropped a package to a person in another street and whom I did not know because the driver didn't feel like finding an alternate route, (our street is blocked at one end). I tried to call customer service but their prerecorded options kept going round and round and never gave a live person option. After four attempts I gave up. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Fed Ex should be ashamed.
