I cannot express how wonderfully patient the current employees are at this Fedex location. I traveled to the hotel for a conference and forgot my blazer at home. Yes, I had to pay the $10 "handling" fee to have the item taken from the JW front desk to the Fedex, but that's a Fedex requirement - not just something this site tacks on. The Fedex guy graciously opened and disposed of my Amazon box and cut off the tags so I could pop my new blazer on before heading out to the conference. Fedex does not disclose this, but the site will charge you money for anything you do that should be free of charge. It was 10 bucks to drop off a package that was prepaid. I would advise against going to this location for any business.
$25 'handling fee' for 'being in the hotel' cost almost as much as my package shipping! Of course it isn't disclosed until you are paying and the package is already labelled. Total scam operation that FedEx should be ashamed of.
Employee could not have been more impersonable and rude. He shouldn’t ever be talking to customers. Also, if you ship packages to the JW, this place holds them and profits for “holding the package”. Will never go to this FedEx Office again.
