I went to your office at 10 S West St, Indianapolis, at 4:30 PM on September 19, 2024, to ship one piece of paper to Mexico. The employee informed me that FedEx does not ship to Mexico because all shipments to Mexico will be returned. He also stated that the cost to ship the document would be $200. I did not argue with him, as it seemed he did not want to do all the paperwork for sending one piece of paper.
