Great staff, excellent customer service.
First experience with this location. My questions, concerns, and order were handled by Luke, such an amazing asset to this location. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled my project requests as if it were his own. We now have an amazing personalized coloring book to give to our nephew for his birthday. Thank you so much Luke!
LIFESAVERS! Luke and compnay were incredible and really showed up when I needed them most. Story goes: I sent the wrong file for printing. Realized it when I got there... They seamlessly helped me send the right file, processed, printed, and delivered what I needed! I don't live in Indy. But if I ever have a meeting there again, I'll certainly go straight to them!
This was the only place, after 5 other stops, that can provide a passport photo. I’ve been to this location a few times. Very easy and efficient. Props to Jay who works there.
Their door doesn’t work and it’s been this since a long time. They make you wait for so long! I had to use their scanner and get color copies, their printer wasn’t working and probably didn’t have ink in it and none of the staff didn’t know how to make it work. I just left without getting my work done. The bad news is they don’t even care if their customers are getting the services. Tip - go to UPS if you want to use the scanner or get color copies
