Kai is super awesome!! She is always so friendly, and has helped me with so much! I own a business and work for a company that uses FedEx and she helped me to not only get what I needed printed and designed correctly such as business cards but she along with Shayla are also helping me investigate an issue I had with their drivers even though they have no control over what that driver did! The carriers here steal stuff out of your packages. Then FedEx just refuses to take even the tiniest sliver of accountability. You have to call the police to get anything done.
What is wrong with FedEx office nowadays? I want to go in there. Print a booklet on Adobe. You click the booklet button, and they want to surcharge me hundreds of dollars. Just to print something I could print myself at the kiosk, but they're asking, oh no, because it's a booklet, I'm having to make it a booklet, you're not doing anything You literally are just a person standing there. Clicking a button for me.
Shayla is an absolute gem of a human and was incredible to work with. We had a sensitive project and needed a huge order of copies made in <24 hours. She handled all the logistics and got us extra services (folding our programs) that we didn't know about and would NEVER have had time to do on our own. I have used this location many times for printing and shipping, and each time they have been extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I will continue to come to them because it's insanely convenient and the staff is fantastic. Big shout out to Kai for making this location a joy to swing by.
