Older gentleman that works there (short white hair and glasses) has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Store got packed and he just walked out not helping anyone.
Received genuinely helpful service from this location that should have been provided by fedex main customer service, but wasn't due to a completely unusable customer service model. Phone system wouldnt recognize my voice giving tracking number, and wouldn't accept it as entered via keypad, and starkly refuses to allow you to speak to a representative without this, so after a full hour talking at a remarkably condescending and non functional phone system, I gave up and reached out to this location. Just had a great experience with Kyle! He got out our last minute order of flyers and helped with the logistics of choosing the correct paper, sizing, and improvements for our next order. He was awesome!
