We have printed architectural plans at this FedEx four times. This last time we had the best service yet. Tori was exceptional. She's courteous, friendly, efficient and can multitask. We were really impressed. Many thanks!

Can't communicate with anyone who speaks English regarding a invoice. Unlike credit card companies they refuse to transfer me back to my country. Very poor customer service.
I arrived at this FedEx store with two art pieces that I wanted wrapped and shipped. Tori Lopez, the store assistant owner, priced it out, recommended a bike box and wrapped everything very securely with bubble wrap. I can’t thank her enough for a job well done and great service. Thank you Tori and keep up the great work!
If you're going to have special hours before the holiday then update your Google business account. As a small business owner, if I can do it so can you. Its incredibly frustrating and completely unprofessional that you can't be bothered to relay that information to your customers. Inexcusable.
