Amazing experience today! First time there ever and I was wildly impressed. Today is January 23, 2025 and I visited the store around 1 PM. The woman behind the counter greeted me the second I walked in. She helped me send a PDF for printing. Finished the job in 5 minutes and helped me with trimming my printing on the cutting machine. The entire time I was there she had 5 or 6 customers walk in and everyone was greeted with a smile and a hello. Everyone left happy and praising her for a great experience.
