No manager on duty , when employees were confused about what to do they called him and he said to just tell me to call the 1-800 number for customer service. Useless store if they can't provide any assitance.

Everything is automated. It is almost impossible to get help with a question that needs to be answered by a human being and then they just cut you off and hang up on you terrible.
