Quick and easy drop off for a return
Staff should work on being more friendly and transparent with customers. Went in today to print a few Pdf’s on the self serve printer. Asked for assistance and got a whole 5 second explanation. Figured it out and received code to print. Error popped up saying see associate. The lady came from behind the counter and said well it’s password protected. I informed it was not and she walked away up to the front counter yelling at me wanting to know my code. I walked up there and gave her my code and she printed. She then rang me ... read more
