Terrible desk service. Waited as the only person in line while three employees ignored me, helped myself to the self ship station, but they had already closed it down early to drop it off. Finished by restricting me from returning an item in its original packaging as required per return, and they wanted me to buy another shipping container. Multiple negative experiences with this specific location.
I would like to recognize the Tanner and Kenny for consistently going above and beyond. I have utilized FedEx services for well over 15 years, and the level of professionalism, care, and customer service I receive continues to be exceptional. Most recently, FedEx Office printed 100 business cards for my company, Ace Building & Maintenance, and they did a phenomenal job. Nice quick, in and out service!
No manager on duty , when employees were confused about what to do they called him and he said to just tell me to call the 1-800 number for customer service. Useless store if they can't provide any assitance.
