Addianne and the team at this location are great!
Handed over a package that was already paid for and had a label attached. It didn’t scan first time so the unhelpful prick behind the counter told me “can’t do anything with it” and told me to get it reprinted. Asked if he could reprint the label for me and told me “that’s not my job” and asked me to leave. The staff here never want to do their jobs.

Muy grosero, la verdad si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas lo hiciera no tienen pero ni la más mínima educación en atender bien al cliente, lo único que hacen es discriminar y tratarte como si fueras un ladrón, por más que lleve mi numero de rastreo mi ID de mi país, mis papeles de migración, mi partida de nacimiento el recibo de la compra del paquete no me quisieron entregar mi pedido, pésimo servicio si pudieran cambiar el personal o cerrar la oficina fuera lo mejor que hicieran, lo único que hacen es ser racista, groseros, y d... read more
