The customer service here is terrible.
Hours are terrible. Closed on both weekend days? And 10am to 6pm on weekdays? Not easy for people who work during normal business hours to get there. It seems like all of the other locations in the area have better hours and are open on the weekend. I guess I’ll have to drive to Portsmouth instead.
Very friendly and respectful .
The worst Fed Ex I've ever seen. It's often closed with a sign saying "I'll be back after lunch". Truly pathetic.
