i'm a full time college student so the late hours help a lot.
Ahh Kinko's....every time I go I have no issues. Everything is pretty smooth. Today I left my ID there, on accident, and called to make sure that is where I left it. I was told by an employee I needed to prove my ID, with my face on it, was really mine. Usually when I prove I say who I am i give you my ID. I was asked to show a credit card with my name on. Then was told they were protecting me. What a joke! If I have to go to kinko's and not deal with any issues it's great....until next time. Thank you Veronica for the laugh
I was using the Internet service which is extremely slow and to get help I had to wait about 10 minutes. Horrible customer service.
