I visited the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location on my lunch break to print a document from my Microsoft OneDrive, which the machines in-store indicate they support. I stood there for about 7–8 minutes trying to get the system to work. It kept sending me through prompts and resets until I eventually hit an error page that wouldn’t let me log in at all. Had a great customer experience at this store. I had tried to fax some documents but the fax machine was constantly erroring out; I was assured by Oscar that I would not be charged. So when my card was charged I returned to the store and explained the situation to Oscar. He arranged to reverse the charge without any hesitation, and I received a charge reversal in a couple of days. Thanks Oscar! Great work. Keep it up!!
