Had a great customer experience at this store. I had tried to fax some documents but the fax machine was constantly erroring out; I was assured by Oscar that I would not be charged. So when my card was charged I returned to the store and explained the situation to Oscar. He arranged to reverse the charge without any hesitation, and I received a charge reversal in a couple of days. Thanks Oscar! Great work. Keep it up!!

Terrible customer service. Office staff keeps picking up the phone an hinging up the phone. Not helpful at all need more training really terrible location
