Upon arriving at this establishment early in the morning, I greeted the guy with a "good morning." However, I was ignored. After placing my package on the counter, I was told to take it to the scanning section. While the staff member did eventually assist me, he appeared to be irritated. Such interactions unfortunately reflect poorly on the company. It was truly unpleasant.
I went to mail a package and the customer representative was rude and appeared bothered with attitude, will not return.
Superb customer service. Jailen is phenomenal she ensured the invitations I was printing match what I wanted. She went above and beyond by taking the time out to call and stayed on the phone to ensure she received the updated document. She ensured my items were printed and ready for the specified time! Thank you so much, you are appreciated!
Very rude workers
UPDATE: Second visit on 12/17 - I went to drop off a package that already had a label on it. There was a line and an employee told me to put the leave package on the counter. I followed his instructions and didn't receive a receipt. 24 hours later, my package is still not showing as "accepted" online. I'm so mad. I will give it a few more days before I have to escalate the issue. So frustrating.
