Refused to ship a pellet rifle. With a pre-approved Ground FedEx shipping label, 2 store workers determined the spring-operated pellet rifle was a firearm and company policy prohibited them from shipping the pellet rifle. One worker verbalized that if something comes out the barrel, it's a firearm. He would have to say a child's toy that shoots ping-pong balls out the barrel is also a firearm.
