FedEx Office saved my job! – After my regular printer totally screwed up a large project, I went to FedEx Office in Cool Springs to see if they could bail me out. The manager personally helped put my files together, and was patient and thorough - even suggesting options I didn't know existed. FedEx Office will be my first call next time!

Super Helpful, Super Friendly! – I visit the FedEx Kinko's in Cool Springs about once a month, and I cannot tell you how helpful their staff is. Even when it is pretty busy (and that seems to be all the time!) I still get great one on one service. They know me by name, and it and are always quick to help me out of a bind. They are awesome!
