This place has been holding my package for a week when it should have went to pick up location in 1day... get a new manager!!!!!!!! Going to contact FedEx complaints
So much trouble just tracking the truck. I've been home and I will get a msg saying no was able to receive delivery. For 4 days I got missed delivery before having to go in myself to pick it up. On top of that customer service sucks. They can't tell you anything beyond the status email tracking information. And now everything is automated so I can't get through to speak to anyone. I have no choice but to suffer if the sellers use this company for their delivery service. FRUSTRATING!!!!
