They were supposed to deliver iphone 17 pro max. The box was empty when it got delivered.
Horrible service from this FedEx location. The drivers refuse to deliver a package even though I’m home waiting. First day I was home, no knock but was here waiting. Second day, they use a photo of a slip the my left from the previous day saying they attempted twice, which is 100% false. Please do better, this shouldn’t happen.
If I could leave less than 1 stars I would. I need to speak with a live agent and no matter what you say or try the automated system will not get you to a live agent. Garbage customer service.
