My package was picked from Toronto and delivery was in Brampton only 35 km distance, They picked sep 3rd and delivery schedule sep. 5th. 8th sep i called to customer service, 5 times since morning 8am to 6pm, couldn't find out my package. Fedex has created a separated, bureaucratic, incompetent mess. Their drivers do not try hard enough to deliver. Customer service can't connect with dispatch when deliveries experience trouble. Why would you use them. I was waiting for a delievery one Saturday, I was home, I had the doorbell with me. The driver came left and no doorbell ring.
