My package was supposed to arrive on the 28th or 29th, but it was mis-routed to British Columbia, and now won’t arrive until the 7th. It was supposed to be shipped from North York to Toronto. I also have another package that was supposed to arrive on the 30th, and it still isn’t out for delivery yet. Edit 03/07/26: They sent a second package (that was supposed to come to Toronto from Ottawa) to Edmonton! What is going on at this distribution centre?

Told to come here to pick up the package now they say they don’t know where the package is. Just drove 40 mins and now have to come another trip

POOR POOR POOR service! Especially from their WOODBRIDGE, ONTARIO facility. Order from Michigan has been stuck for weeks for no reason, I've been calling them 8 times in 3 weeks. They just don't care about you! Every time they tell me that a manager would call me in 24-48 hours ... but they don't call or write. Woodbridge don't reply to any messages, THEY DON'T CARE!!! I've paid for rush service as I can't drive my car without that car part I've ordered. And its been weeks!!! Thinking about suing them for all the money they ... read more

I’ve been waiting since Thursday for a delivery of a freezer that was guaranteed next day delivery. Today is Tuesday. It’s been sitting in the FedEx warehouse since 4:30 Friday morning and I can’t get any sort of explanation from anyone as to why it’s not being delivered to me. Unfortunately, it looks bad for the store I ordered it from who guaranteed next day delivery.
