Once I got through the Ai which was very annoying (that’s why i gave a 4 star instead of 5 star rating) I spoke to a “real person” named Julian. Julian listened and took care of the shipping problem and sent it to the driver. He was very helpful. He did everything that I had a a problem with and explained how to take care of future deliveries. He is an asset to this company, that’s for sure. Thank you Julian.
FedEx goes out of their way to make sure you get your products. When I called them for help, they told me exactly what to do.
Worst experience🤬🤬NEVER AGAIN , delivery guy didn’t contact me , put sticky note straight to the door no ringing , or calling , came twice to pick up parcel , spent over 1,5 hours trying to get parcel AVOID FEDEX
