I am extremely disappointed with FedEx service. It has been over a week and my package still has not been delivered, despite the fact that I paid a very high shipping fee. On the expected delivery day, no one called or contacted us. My mother even stayed home all day waiting for the package and did not go to work, yet no delivery attempt was made. Expected date was not delivered on. Called and there was no reason they could find why it was not fulfilled.
Was suppose to receive my package on Monday and it got pushed a whole week later. Even after a paid service. Terrible experience.
