packages missing EVERY time when they are routed here
They don’t have any box or bag to ship.
I never get my packages. Ever. 9 for 9 have gone missing. Every other shipper has a perfect record to my average suburban address. Fedex has not succeeded once. As of writing this I have one being investigated and two complaints. They have never once followed up with me or provided any outcome. It's a useless exercise. I no longer do business with suppliers or vendors that use Fedex.

Delivered a package in a public area instead of securing the package in the bushes or back door with clear signage to please driver to the back door. They took a picture of the package with the signs in the picture. Incompetent delivery person. Then they closed the case and now I have to call the shipper!! It's Fed Ex' s fault.
