They were very helpful even told me to weigh my stuff with a bathroom scale gave me exact price.
Simply said Be careful using FEDEX some drivers don't deliver and face no consequences so behavior continues. You 🤞 hoping your pkg gets delivered. Hit and miss depends on the driver on the route. Lori and Tia at location are great though 🤩 UPDATE 8/3 2nd time driver left at door across hall both on a Sunday like I said hit or miss depending on driver. Better training for drivers would get them a higher rating

They suck... I don't know how many times they keep calling me to "correct" my address so they can deliver my package. Every time they call one thing gets corrected and the next day something else is wrong... it's been about a week, and now I have to wait 2 more days...probably for them to call me again and tell me something else is wrong. Meanwhile, my package that's climate-sensitive is being loaded and unloaded on truck after truck... probably broken by the time I get it... but then of course that will be my problem right?... read more
