Unacceptable Service & Destruction of Government/Military Property. A delivery was attempted at our office on a military installation. Because our unit was out conducting mandatory field training, the office was temporarily unoccupied. Rather than holding the package at the local facility, marking it for redelivery, or contacting the unit, the delivery driver/carrier apparently threw the package away.
