If I could choose a 0 or negative 0 rating for this location I would. Security is extremely rude. Don’t try and park on this property or the yard driver will have a heart attack. The yard driver at night is a black guy and he is so rude and will cuss you out. Shocked how FedX allows or tolerates this kind of behavior towards other non FedX drivers. Don’t ask if you can park on site because the night supervisor will say yes and then lie and say it was a mid communication. I will never deliver a load to this location ever agai... read more

Driver lied and claimed nobody was home two days in a row but I work from home and had a contractor working on the front porch. However their website shows they didn’t even bother to attempt it and took it back to the hub in the early afternoon. Today they didn’t even bother putting it on the truck. They won’t respond to the corporate inquiry.

FedEx is the worst shipping company and I’m not sure how they are still in business. Their delivery drivers suck when it comes to following instructions. I have a FedEx account with notes regarding access to the building and they still don’t try to follow simple instructions. They even have my number and don’t ever attempt to contact me for help. I’ve been waiting on a package to be delivered since June 16th today it’s June 26th and still have not received the package. No updates have been made to the status since 4 days ago... read more
