Why is so beyond difficult to receive help. I have an account number and just needed to obtain ability to login in online to receive rate quotes per our account rates and obtain pod, however, I was transferred a dozen times with no help and when asked if we had a local rep in Chattanooga that I could speak with I was told NO. I will just continue to NOT USE FedEx Freight
