Had to pick up my pallet cause it was going to be a day late and I couldn't wait since I was going out of town. They made the pickup pretty easy. No complaints.

The worst delivery service ever. I live in an apartment with a mail room and I had a package that had to be signed for, for them to release it. I told FedEX TWO times that they need to either give me email/text updates for when the driver will be here or actually deliver it to my door like they are supposed and of course the drivers were lazy every single time and did not even attempt to go up to my apartment to have me sign for it. Why is so beyond difficult to receive help. I have an account number and just needed to obtain ability to login in online to receive rate quotes per our account rates and obtain pod, however, I was transferred a dozen times with no help and when asked if we had a local rep in Chattanooga that I could speak with I was told NO. I will just continue to NOT USE FedEx Freight
