Customer service is outdated with information (called twice with the same hours). Pickup is closed at 10AM, not 12PM. Trash service for wasting my time and gas. Definitely not a good feature to see your package live on the map being in the next small neighborhood for 5 hours not moving till deliver timeframe closing at 8PM. (Cedric lazy as hell)
Was supposed to have a package delivered from here today. The driver had it with him and drove past my office twice. Did not stop to deliver it. This was for an overnighted package. It was critical equipment needed to get systems back up and running. 0 stars.
