Incompetentes , nada profesionales He estado el día entero esperando mi paquete cuando reviso el rastreo me dicen que el conductor intentó hacer la entrega y no había nadie , una justificación para no subir dos escaleras hasta mi apto , no se en que momento hizo el intento que ninguna de mis cámaras de seguridad lo capto o era casper el que venía hacer la entrega y así ha pasado varias veces .
If I could leave 0 I would! My package required a direct signature. Doortag did not indicate that. It had absolutely NO INFO AT ALL. Not even a date! So I signed it and left it at my door for the following day. It was still there that evening. Then I called and was told I needed to sign the device. The 3rd day, I waited. Horrible service. You will wait in the dungeon for a undetermined amount of time after calling them on the lobby phone. Eventually, they will not show up so be prepared to leave with your box in hand, looking for another pick-up location. Sorry workers!
