costumer service is just not a thing here. Nobody cares about their job or anybody for that matter. waited over one hour to receive a package and i wasn’t the only one. They act like they are doing you a favor like this isn’t something you paid for! Terrible!
Not sure if this center it’s guilty but I don’t care, anyway is the same company. I was waiting for a package to be delivered yesterday and a signature was required, the driver passed by my home, took a picture of my driveway and just because there were no cars he assumed nobody was there. Today they passed by again and if I don’t see them in the ring and run to the door they would leave again. I park my car in the garage so train your drivers better and show them some customers service
