Consistently days late on deliveries. Customer service is mentally incompetent. I have two tickets open trying to figure out what went wrong with my packages and they never call back as promised to resolve it, I have to keep calling them. Drove an hour here in person to speak to them and unload the packages off the truck myself since they apparently don’t know how to do it, but they close at 8PM instead of 9PM as stated on their site. Waste of time

This place, and FedEx in general, is a joke. Use another shipping service. Their delivery people regularly lie (eg. say they attempted delivery when they do not), and the employees at this shipping center are completely incompetent. Their customer service people are not helpful at all, barely speak English, and do not follow up on requests. They do not respect their delivery timelines at all, nor do they even try to do so. Appalling in every way.
