Same as everyone says! THEY DON'T DELIVER PACKAGES. You can't even call them, only robot talking. Insane.
Same complaint as everyone here. THEY DO NOT DELIVER PACKAGES. They make no attempt whatsoever to deliver, been home all day, no knock, no ringing of the doorbell, nothing. Then they have the gall to report customer unavailable and cannot deliver, worst delivery company in the business.
