Just to save others time, this drop off is not a stand alone FedEx. It is an authorized drop off inside Postal Annex. Friendly person who is working there helped me out and I was in and out in a few minutes. Postal Annex address is 13395 Voyager, Suite 130, which is why there is confusion.
